I called Rebecca Wooten of My Pure Designs on a Monday morning and within 2 hours, she had a proof of my first newsletter for me to look at - now that is turnaround time. She was patient through all of my changes and handled all the emailing for me. Many people have said they do their newsletters themselves and then when I ask them why I've never seen their newsletter, they hmm and hah and say "Well, I haven't had time to do my newsletter in a few months". I could do my own newsletter - probably not as good or fast as Rebecca - but I could turn something out. Having her there every month for me forces me to get the newsletter done on time and with high quality - my customers loved the first one - it has gotten rave reviews and it resulted in an up turn in my dog boarding and grooming business the same week the newsletter came out. I am very happy I did the first one and will continue monthly with My Pure Designs.
